Two decades ago, Sabrina's journey into the world of hypnosis began, sparked by the mesmerizing skill of a stage hypnotist. This fascination propelled her into a deep exploration of the subject, encompassing extensive reading and numerous courses. However, her true revelation came upon discovering Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

Sabrina's personal path to recovery led her to RTT. As a devoted practitioner of the 12-step path of Adult Children of Alcoholics and other Dysfunctions (ACA), she experienced an epiphany upon encountering RTT, under the guidance of Marisa Peer. To her, RTT hypnotherapy equated to accelerating two years of recovery work into a concentrated two-hour session.

The impact of her practice as an RTT practitioner has been extraordinary. She channels her expertise into addressing addictions, anxiety, depression, creative blocks, and phobias, facilitating significant transformations in her clients' lives.

Sabrina employs RTT hypnotherapy to dismantle and release limiting beliefs, fostering the emergence of empowering self-beliefs in their place.

Sabrina's unique approach integrates a compassionate ear and intuitive insight, helping her discern the triggers that hold her clients back. She aids in disconnecting these triggers and guides the brain toward adopting healthier, happier alternatives. The life-changing results she has witnessed in her clients affirm her passion for the work she does.

Raised in New York, Sabrina has spent over half of her life in central Mexico, deeply embedding herself in its vibrant culture. Her fluency in Spanish and Spanglish, along with her understanding of the bicultural nuances between Latin and American cultures, further enrich her holistic approach to hypnotherapy.
